Questions

Before you join

Are the flowers really edible?

Yes. They're a light fruit dessert set with agar, which comes from seaweed. Every petal is edible.

Do I need artistic or piping skills?

No. The silicone mold gives the flower its petals and folds. Your job is to get the mixture right, and the course shows each stage up close.

Do I have to use egg whites?

No. Besides the classic egg-white recipe, there's an egg-free version with whey protein (it contains milk) and a fully plant-based version with aquafaba.

Is anything shipped to me?

No. The course is fully online. You buy your own molds, tools and ingredients, using the materials lesson and supplier links to plan your setup.

How long do the flowers keep?

The course teaches freezer storage for up to two months, using the specified preparation, airtight packaging and thawing method.

When do I get access?

Right after checkout, by email. Access is lifetime, so you can pause, replay and practice again.

What if it's not for me?

Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund your payment.
